I began my quest for vibrant health over 30 years ago as I earned my degree in Nutrition. My personal health adventures with celiac, food allergies, and digestion made me realize the value of having an informed advocate, and inspired me to share my expertise with others. Today I teach individuals and groups how to take back their health through delicious whole foods and lifestyle transformations.
I studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, to become a Health Coach. My studies encompassed more than one hundred dietary theories and a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Today I help clients create a personalized path to health that suits their unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
My pursuit of vibrant health extends beyond private consultations and the classroom to the hiking trails of the Great Smokey Mountains where I can be found many a weekend morning in the company of my very significant other, Brad.
I am convinced that the future of our health depends upon a return to delicious whole food and holistic restoration of mind, body and spirit.

I received my training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program.
During my training, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.
My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
